About Me

Hi, I’m Suki Scott! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my website. I’m truly grateful you’re here and excited to share a bit about myself and my work with you.

From the vibrant heart of the Bronx, New York, my love for storytelling began long before I ever stepped onto a stage. Raised in a deeply creative family, I was immersed in the arts from a young age surrounded by Broadway cast recordings, jazz, opera and an expansive range of theatrical experiences that shaped both my imagination and my ambition. Theater was never just entertainment in my home; it was expression, connection, and possibility. That early exposure nurtured a passion that has only deepened with time.

As an artist, I am driven by a desire to expand the stories we tell and who gets to tell them. I aspire to share my craft with the world as a role model for young people who look like me. To show them that they are worthy of every narrative: not only the crucial racial storyline, but the romantic lead, the comedic heroine, the adventurer, the dreamer, the daring protagonist. I believe in pushing the boundaries of theater and challenging perceptions of who can exist at the center of a story.

I am currently completing my final semester as a Bachelor of Fine Arts student in Musical Theatre at Rider University, graduating in May 2026 and heading for my Masters in Music Theatre Performance and Pedagogy at New York University coming this Fall! My training has strengthened not only my technique, but my understanding of theater as a living, evolving art form One that requires boldness, curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to truth. To be daring, inventive, and unmistakably creative is essential in building the future of this industry.

I am always incredibly grateful for every opportunity to perform alongside both new and established artists, and to collaborate with visionary creatives who inspire fearless storytelling. Creating meaningful, innovative theater is a shared endeavor, and I value the artistry and dedication each collaborator brings to the process.

Beyond the stage, I find joy in life’s simple, grounding pleasures such as baking something sweet for the people I love, exploring new hiking trails, embracing moments of connection and laughter with family and friends. With that said, just as I have shared my own story with you, there are so many more stories waiting to be reimagined, and I am committed to helping shape a theater where every person can see themselves at center stage. I am excited for new artistry still to be cultivated and the wonderful impassioned humans I have yet to meet. Let’s create something bold, honest, and unforgettable together.
